Lev Hanadlan

Lev Ha-Nadlan is a real-estate agency in Ashdod: buying, selling, renting, mortgage and legal support, investment projects. Solid work, and a website that looked like every other agency: listings, phone numbers, stock photos.

The brief was simple to say and hard to do: make the site look like the apartments they sell, and turn “find an apartment” into a calm, guided path instead of a search box.

A home is the next stage of a life, not an address. So the site opens with sky and light, and the building rises into it. Paper birds drift through the headline: something in motion, something taking off.

Every block answers one question a buyer actually asks. Why you. How it works. What happens after the deal. No listings on the first screen at all.

Structure and copy in Hebrew, English and Russian. Art direction, design, animation and front-end.

Hebrew is the primary language, so the layout was built right-to-left first and mirrored for the other two. Sections: the matching flow, services (buy, sell, rent), support after the deal, articles about the Ashdod market, reviews, and a page for agents who want to join.

A site that reads as a promise instead of a catalogue. A buyer arrives with a question and leaves with a next step.

The agency uses the same pages to recruit agents: the site now says who they are before anyone picks up the phone.
