01Who operates the website

The website elevenstudio.pro is operated by Dmitry Melgorsky and Ulita Bronveyber, who work together under the name Eleven Studio in Ashdod, Israel; the studio is not a registered company, and the two of them are personally responsible for the information described here. This policy applies to the website and to enquiries made through the contact channels shown on it. External services, including WhatsApp, Telegram and Facebook, apply their own privacy policies.

02What information may be processed

When you send the “Start a project” form, you provide your name, phone number, email or messenger handle, the company name if you choose to give it, and a description of the task. Providing this information is voluntary; there is no legal duty to provide it, but without contact details we cannot reply.

The hosting and security systems may automatically record technical information: IP address, device and browser type, request time, pages visited and error data. Your language choice is stored in your browser.

03Purposes

Information is used to reply to your enquiry, discuss and prepare a proposal, provide the agreed services, keep necessary correspondence, secure the website, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising and do not build behavioural profiles.

04Where the information goes

Personal information is not sold. Enquiries are delivered to the studio mailbox, which is hosted by Google, and to the studio’s hosting provider, whose servers are located in the European Union. Limited access may be given to providers of hosting, email, communications and information security needed to run the website, and to public authorities when the law requires it. Some providers may process information outside Israel under their own safeguards.

05Retention and security

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to conduct the resulting business relationship, and afterwards as long as professional or legal duties require. Reasonable organisational and technical measures are applied, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.

06Your rights

Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, you may request to review the information held about you and to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete or no longer needed, where a legal basis exists. Identity verification may be required. To exercise these rights, write to the address below.
